Fast-growing aquarium plants sometimes require phosphate as a nutrient. However, adding phosphate can also increase algae growth. To determine the correct dosage of plant fertilizer, you can easily measure the phosphate level of your aquarium water with the Sera phosphate test.

If necessary, a water change can help reduce the phosphate level.

Sufficient for approximately 60 measurements.
