Our breeding cave large oval red is suitable for growing L-numbers up to 16 cm such as the L066, L070, L144, L201, L204 and L333. The oval breeding caves are handmade from red ceramic which is 100% safe for the aquarium. Open at the front and closed at the back.

The oval breeding caves are perfect for wide L-numbers. The large oval breeding cave is specially made for L-numbers that are preferred for dens with round shapes. The oval leg holes are slightly larger than the standard large leg holes.

We always recommend using multiple shapes and sizes of breeding caves so that the L-numbers can choose for themselves which they find best for breeding or for shelter. 

The large rectangular breeding cave red are suitable for Loricariidae up to 16 cm. 

Sizes: 14 x 4,2 x 3,2 cm (length x width x height).
