Chihiros Magnetic Stirrer
Some liquid plant fertilizers, such as iron, phosphate and trace element fertilizers, as well as concentrated homemade stock solutions, can settle over time. This causes the nutrient concentration in the bottle to become unevenly distributed. Manual shaking is often overlooked in practice. The Chihiros Magnetic Stirrer automatically mixes the liquid just before your dosing pump starts, ensuring that every dose has the same composition. This means your aquarium plants consistently receive an even amount of nutrients.
Smart control via app
The compact stirrer connects to the Chihiros app via Bluetooth. If you use a Chihiros dosing pump, you can easily synchronize the stirring time with the scheduled dosing times. Using a dosing pump from another brand? No problem. The Magnetic Stirrer also works independently. In that case, simply set the timer manually in the app, for example two minutes before the scheduled dose.
How it works
The system is simple to use. Place the supplied magnetic stir bars into your dosing bottle. The stirrer underneath the bottle uses a magnetic field to rotate the stir bars, creating a vortex in the liquid and redistributing the nutrients evenly throughout the solution.

Please note: This product does not include dosing bottles. These must be purchased separately.
Our tip: Do you use heavy homemade stock solutions made from powders such as potassium nitrate or magnesium sulfate? Over time, crystals or sediment can form at the bottom of the bottle. Set the stirrer in the app to start at medium speed approximately three minutes before dosing. This prevents the stir bar from getting stuck in hardened crystals and ensures that the nutrients are evenly distributed throughout the solution before the dosing pump starts dispensing.
