An aquarium bonsai tree is a fantastic and beautiful eye-catcher in your aquarium and is widely used in, for example, aquascaping. The bonsai tree is handmade from 100% natural wood. Each piece takes a considerable amount of time to make and is 100% unique.

The many details give the bonsai tree a stunning character. Aquarium mosses or other aquarium plants such as Anubias, ferns, or Bucephalandra can be easily attached to the bonsai. This way, you can finish the tree entirely to your own liking, giving it an even more natural appearance.

By combining the bonsai trees with rocks and aquarium plants, you can create beautiful miniature landscapes (aquascapes).

The bonsai trees also contain natural tannins and humic acids. These may slightly tint the water brown and naturally cause a slight decrease in the pH value of the water. In addition, these substances help prevent diseases and fungi.

The wood may float for a while before sinking to the bottom. You could pre-soak the wood in a bucket of cold water so it can absorb water. Once it sinks in the bucket, it can be placed directly into the aquarium. This can take 1–7 days.
