Helanthium ‘Quadricostatus’ from South America has characteristic light-green leaves 10-15 cm long which form a good contrast to the darker aquarium plants. It is most beautiful when planted in groups, each roset becoming 15-20 cm wide. In good conditions it produces runners which spread over the bottom. Very light leaves are a sign of a shortage of micro-nutrients. There is some confusion about the name of this plant, and it has been sold as Echinodorus bolivianus var. magdalenensis.

je moet bij dit een tooltje gebruiken om het in het grind/zand te duwen met de hand gaat het lastig het komt er weer uit en gaat weer los
Het bakje zat flink gevuld, ik heb de gehele voorzijde van het aquarium kunnen beplanten (50cm) en hield nog over. Na 3 weken heeft hij vele uitlopers gekregen en groeit heel goed.
vrij weinig in bakje ik adviseer 2 te kopen, verder is het echt een mooie goed groeiende stevige plant ik ben er erg blij mee hoe het eruit ziet, verder vinden de vissen het heerlijk om hier tussen te schuilen/zwemmen en naar voedsel te zoeken.
