Teak leaves
Teak leaves have the same effect as catappa leaves but without the brown discolouration of the water. The teak leaves we sell are washed well and then sun-dried to preserve the good fabrics.
Teak leaves contain tannins that are released into the water after adding the leaves. These substances are disease resistant and slightly lower the pH.
It also takes a long time for teak leaves to decay in the water. Where a catappa leaf decays after ± a month, a teak leaf takes ± 2 months. In this way, you can take advantage of leaves in different stages of decomposition in the water. Shrimp eat the soft leaves and can therefore be supplied with food for a long time.
Dosage
Give about 1 / 4th leaf per 30 liters of water. You can easily cut the leaves to size with scissors.

Mooi blad met goeie eigenschappen voor garnalen, dus nuttig en decoratief tegelijk!
Ik maak de bladeren kleiner voor het nano garnalen aquarium. De garnalen zitten er graag op. De bladeren behouden hun stevigheid waardoor ze na verloop van tijd makkelijk te verwijderen zijn.
Koper heeft geen omschrijving achtergelaten.
Bladeren zien er netjes uit, sommige zijn een beetje beschadigd. Ze zijn behoorlijk groot maar makkelijk in stukken te knippen.
Ik heb de Teak bladeren gekozen, omdat in de beschrijving staat dat ze niet bruin afgeven zoals de Catappa bladeren.
