Planted Box Micro
PlantedBox Micro is a liquid aquarium fertilizer for adding essential micro-nutrients and trace elements to your aquarium plants. These nutrients are indispensable for healthy and strong plant growth, in addition to macro-elements such as nitrate and phosphate.
Why Use Micro Plant Fertilizer?
- Essential trace elements: Contains all important trace elements such as zinc, iron, copper, boron, manganese, and molybdenum, which plants need in small amounts.
- Prevents plant issues: Without these trace elements, leaves can become deformed, develop holes, and show poor growth.
- Reduces algae growth: Healthy plants grow better and leave less opportunity for algae to thrive.
Dosage and Usage
The dosage depends on the lighting, plant density, and whether you are already adding CO2. Below is a simple dosage overview:
- Low light/plants – no CO2: 10 ml / 100 l of aquarium water per week
- High light/plants – with CO2: 30 ml / 100 l of aquarium water per week
Application: Shake before use, gently squeeze the bottle until the dosing chamber fills with the correct amount, and pour the contents into your aquarium.
With a 1-liter bottle, you have enough for 6 to 8 months for a 100-liter aquarium.
