OAS Snowflakes Granules break down on the bottom of the aquarium, forming a thin layer of fungal mycelium. Shrimp can forage through it peacefully for hours. Even the tiniest baby shrimp can feed on it straight away without having to compete for a single piece of food.

No adverse impact on water quality

The great advantage of granules made from soybean hulls is that they do not rot away. If you leave traditional food sticks in the aquarium for too long, nitrite and ammonia levels can rise sharply. Snowflakes, on the other hand, remain stable in the aquarium for days. Fungi and microorganisms grow on the particles, creating a continuous food source. This is especially convenient if you're away for the weekend.

Feeding advice

Sprinkle 1 small scoop into the aquarium for every 20–30 shrimp. Within a few minutes, the granules swell and break apart. Feed this product 1 to 2 times per week as a supplement to the staple food or plant-based sticks.
