Benefits

The combination of beneficial bacteria, enzymes and minerals helps meet the natural needs of shrimp. During the start-up phase of a new aquarium in particular, when shrimp moult more frequently and need to adapt to new food, the bags provide additional support. They also help buffer sudden fluctuations in water parameters and promote the growth of mycelia, providing a long-term natural food source for (young) shrimp.

Directions & dosage

• Small (10 bags): for aquariums up to 25 litres. Replace every 7–10 days.
• Medium (6 bags): for aquariums from 25 to 50 litres. Replace every 7–10 days.
• Large (3 bags): for aquariums over 50 litres. Replace every 7–10 days.

The bags can be placed directly into the aquarium, either floating or on the substrate. A white biofilm forming on the bags is completely normal and serves as a valuable food source for shrimp.
