AquaMaster Tools P160 Pro2 pH/EC/TDS/PPM/Temp Meter
With the AquaMaster Tools P160 Pro2, you can directly measure the pH, EC, TDS, PPM and temperature of your aquarium water with one compact meter. This successor to the well-known P160 Pro has received several important upgrades. The meter now runs on 2 standard AAA batteries instead of the inconvenient button cells. The redesigned black display features large white digits that remain easy to read even in a dark cabinet or growing area.
Smart Features & Calibration
One common frustration with water meters is forgetting when you last calibrated them. The P160 Pro2 solves this with a built-in calibration indicator. Once you calibrate the meter, an icon appears on the display and automatically disappears after 30 days. This makes it easy to know exactly when it is time for maintenance. You can also set the number of decimal places yourself to 1 or 2 digits after the decimal point.
Accurate Measurement & Durability
The EC measurement is manually calibrated using digital controls. This does not need to be done at a fixed liquid temperature of 25 °C, as is the case with many cheaper meters. Temperature fluctuations in your calibration solution therefore do not interfere with the measurement. For pH, the meter features automatic 2-point calibration at pH 4.01 and pH 7.00.
The P160 Pro2 has an IP67 housing and remains floating if it accidentally falls into the reservoir or aquarium. The dry-storage electrode does not require continuous storage solution in the cap. The sensor can, however, be replaced when it reaches the end of its service life after prolonged use.

Notice a white, grainy residue around the electrode when unpacking the meter? Don't worry – these are dried salts from the factory and this is normal for new meters. Before using the meter for the very first time, place the lower part of the meter in a glass container filled with tap water for at least 12 hours. This dissolves the salt crystals and activates the glass membrane of the pH sensor. Do not skip this step, otherwise the first pH measurement may immediately be inaccurate.
