Chihiros Heater Pro (In-line Heater)
No more heater inside your aquarium. With the Chihiros Heater Pro, the heater is installed directly between the outlet hose of your external filter. Water flows through the heater and returns to your aquarium at the desired temperature. This creates a cleaner aquascape without distracting technical equipment.
Set the heater directly via the My Chihiros app using Bluetooth. Precisely set your target temperature between 10°C and 35°C and check the current water temperature in the app. If the temperature fluctuates or an error occurs, the built-in safety system immediately intervenes and switches the heater off.
Choose the hose size
Check the diameter of your filter hose before ordering:
- 12/16 mm: For smaller external filters (such as Eheim Classic 250, Oase Thermo 100/200).
- 16/22 mm: For more powerful external filters (such as Oase Biomaster 350/600, Eheim Professional series).

Our tip: Always install the Chihiros Heater Pro vertically in the direction of water flow outside the filter (on the outlet hose leading to the aquarium). This allows filtered water to flow through the heating element and prevents debris from accumulating inside it. Also make sure the filter pump is running before switching on the heater; running it dry significantly reduces the lifespan of the internal sensors.
