Sponge filters
Sponge filters are ideal for use in combination with shrimp and other small aquarium animals. Becouse a sponge filter has no moving parts, the shrimp and other small aquarium residents do not disappear into the filter and get hurt or die. The fine filter sponge can house enormous amounts of bacteria in the filter which creates optimal water quality.
